The monthly regulars at the ARPC are some very familiar names in pistol circles: Jim Henderson, David Glenn, Paul Noles, Chris Guerrero, just to name a few. Bill has the distinction of being the first Match Director to ever use Tournament® for an NRA Sanctioned competiton. Six years later, his competitors still receive their Tournament® Match Bulletins by email.
