Tournament®
requires that you have Microsoft Windows XP or newer and Excel
Version 9.x (Excel 2000) or newer installed on your system. Tournament® is even compatible with the new Excel 2007 with ribbon navigation. (Select the Add-Ins tab to find the Tournament® Menu System.) In
addtion, it is recommended to have at
least 256 MB of RAM, 6 MB of hard disk
space, a 800x600 minimum resolution
display, a printer for reports, and an
audio card with speakers for sound
effects. An internet connection is needed
for automatic NRA classification lookup.
The Second
Generation of Tournament® is vastly
improved over the first. Over 10 months
and 1100 man-hours went into the redesign
and coding of this project. After over three
years of support, free upgrades for First
Generation versions have now
officially ended with version 1.5, now
discontinued. Rest assured, FREE UPGRADES
for the Second Generation will be
available for download for AT LEAST as
many years to come.
